10.23.01: Links fixed, Links and Editorials pages reorganized.

Maktos files have been reorganized on the server.

All links within Maktos have been fixed. Links on the Links pages and Editorial pages have been reorganized by category to make a particular site or article easier to find.

The Media page is currently under construction.

Next, Maktos will be redesigned. Samples of the new designs will be posted for the users to evaluate.
